  • I started Shred classes with Jen one year ago. As an ultra runner for years now, I wanted a cross training exercise to help with strength & keep me injury free. As an athlete with imbalances from over-training, Metamorphosis has helped correct my posture, strengthen my core & has improved my balance. While training with Jen, I have set new personal records. I won my first half marathon & completed a 100K race. I am stronger, faster & a more efficient runner. Morph is my secret weapon!

  • It all started for me when I tore the ACL in my knee from skiing. I was looking for something to do and found Studio Metamorphosis. Both Shred and Ride have made me stronger physically and mentally. Shred in particular helped me regain strength in my knee and achieve a stronger core... making me a better skier and tennis player. The classes are motivating, fun, and challenging! It has changed my life!

  • As a former Pilates instructor, I am particular about the classes I take & the instructors I take from. Jen is one of the best! She is encouraging & never lets me settle in a comfort zone. I love the feeling of being drenched in sweat as well as the sense of accomplishment I feel after class! I appreciate that Jen takes the time to find instructors that are exceptional. All of them offer a variety of teaching styles but remain challenging. Morph is my favorite workout... I am addicted!

  • As a long distance runner a normal year for me is a combination of the distance of a marathon (26.2 miles), a 50K, a 50 mile race plus a few half marathons. A friend suggested Shred as an alternate way of weight lifting to build strength & as a safe way to cross train. After my first session I was hooked! The workout humbled, tested & challenged me like no other race has before. Instead of supplementing my training routine Shred is now my main workout!

  • As an avid runner, I need strength training combined with cardio training in order for my body to get to the next level. My goal is to qualify for BQ within the next year. I believe I can attain this by being consistent with Morph Run & Shred classes. I have the upmost respect for their staff & trainers.
