  • I counted down the days until I got the green light from my doctor to work out after giving birth. Jen took extra care in making sure that my form was impeccable so I would build strength & avoid injuries. She tailored each workout for my post-partum state... focusing on re-building my core strength & burning calories to shed the extra unwanted pounds I had left to lose.   • As a long distance runner a normal year for me is a combination of the distance of a marathon (26.2 miles), a 50K, a 50 mile race plus a few half marathons. A friend suggested Shred as an alternate way of weight lifting to build strength & as a safe way to cross train.
    After my first session I was hooked! The workout humbled, tested & challenged me like no other race has before. Instead of supplementing my training routine Shred is now my main workout!
