We offer our signature pilates-inspired class called Shred and our hybrid cardio workout, Run & Strength. In each class you will increase flexibility, strength, core balance, and endurance. Classes are designed for all experience levels. We'll guide you through by offering modifications and form corrections to help you get the most out of your workout. Abs & Stretch is designed to increase mobility, flexibility and overall athletic strength & performance. Class will begin with building ab & oblique strength and warming up the body. The remainder of the class will focus on stretches on the reformer to aid with tight hips, hamstrings, calves and shoulders. Recover faster, improve your alignment and release muscle tension with your next fav Morph class... Abs & Stretch!
